Happy Birthday, Wilma Jean !!!
On July 7, 1939, in Midland, Arkansas, Wilma Jean Congo was born in her home to Sarah Gladys and Emmett Lafayette Congo. Lucky for me she was born and years later would become my Mom. She has a heart of gold and is a great Mom. She is out in California and here I am in Texas today, so I have to send my wishes across the miles. I love you Mom!
