Ebin's Baptism

I was honored to baptize my Grandson, Ebin, on Dec. 18th. He has learned so much about the gospel.

Grandma Page flew in from California for the baptism and got into town just an hour before the baptism since her flight had to turn around to Salt Lake Friday night and almost got canceled again on Saturday. Grandma Cindy came up from Worland. It was snowing that day and she almost wasn't able to make it. The Lord blessed us all in our travels.

The Happy Huhnke Family

Here are Elders Rogers and Seymore who taught Ebin the Missionary Lessons

Church Christmas Party

This month the Church had a Christmas Dinner. After dinner the childred put on a Christmas Pageant. Here is Rhiannon getting ready to sing.

Rhiannon and Ebin were Angels

Ebin and Rhiannon have their hands in their faces. Can you see Ebin in the middle of the back row? And Rhiannon in the front.

After the Dinner and Program, Santa Claus showed up and the grandkids were able to tell him want they wanted for Christmas

They have been very good this year

Grandkids' School Holiday Program

Earlier this month Ebin and Rhiannon sang in their school program.

They did a great job. The concert was very enjoyable.

Isn't the Huhnke Family cute?

Here is the proud Grandpa. Grandma Page was in California taking care of her ill Mother so was unable to attend this year. She was missed.

Seal Beach

Lacey, Sean and I went out to the Seal Beach Pier during our November trip

The life of a Sea Gull

From the Pier you can see the Long Beach skyline, the City of our birth

Lacey and Sean- Seal Beach

USC - Notre Dame

Sean and I went to the USC - Notre Dame game in Los Angeles this year. It rained most of the game but we still had a good time.

Notre Dame beat USC this year. I think USC had won the last 8 games, but the streak came to an end.

Nixon Library

In November we were back in California and we stopped by the Nixon Library in Yorba Linda.

This is the house that President Nixon was born in

Here we are outside the Nixon home

This is the helicopter that took President Nixon from the White House after his resignation

Sean got up close to some world leaders of the day

Disneyland

This last summer after Sean got home from his mission we made a trip to California and of course, spent some time at Disneyland. Here is Page, Sean and Lacey on the Jungle Cruise.

All of us in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle

We ran into Pinocchio on Main Street

Don't I look great with a Mad Hatter hat?

Miniture Golf in Fountain Valley

We use to play on this miniture golf course when the kids were young, so while in California we took a trip down memory lane...

Sean and Page having a good time

Did I get a hole-in-one?

Seal Beach Pier

No trip to California would be complete without a trip down to the pier.

In the background, you can make out the skyline of Long Beach- the city of my birth. Also, don't you just love my windblown hair?

Seal Beach, California meets Argentina. Wearing the Argentine national team soccer shirt, Sean was getting lots of comments from the Mexican population since Argentina beat Mexico in the World Cup.

Mom's Birthday at Yang Chow's

We love Yang Chow in Chinatown-Los Angeles. But nobody enjoys it more than my Mom, so we took her to Yang Chows for her birthday on July 7th.

We always order the slippery shrimp. One of the best things I have ever eaten, and everytime we have it, we are never dissapointed. Sean enjoyed his meal.

We have many ancestors that were on this trail to the Salt Lake Valley

Pioneer Day Picnic

Powell Tri-Ward Pioneer Day Picnic was on July 23rd at the park. We enjoyed pork sandwiches, salads and desserts. It was nice to have the whole family together.

Lacey's Birthday

Lacey celebrated her birthday on July 29th. She got what she wanted- Vera Wang's "Princess"

We had a small family dinner at the Chinese Restuarant in town. Happy 24th Birthday, Lacey!
