This may be "corny", but I worked on a traditional Thanksgiving dinner all afternoon yesterday for Sean. He won't be with us for Thanksgiving as he leaves on his mission in less than a week! So I roasted a 15 lb. turkey, made mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, stuffed celery, olives, and pumpkin pie. (ok, I missed the stuffing). It tasted really good, but was I tired after all that cooking and washing a million pots, pans and dishes.
I think everyone enjoyed it. We have never had Thanksgiving dinner in June before.
