Laisse le bon temps rouler ! Let the good times roll! I hope everyone is having a great "Fat Tuesday" today. Here in Wyoming not a lot of mardi grasing going on. But I did place a mardi gras cup full of moon pies, beads, dubloons, suckers and a cupcake on everyones desk/work station last night so that when they came into work today they found their Mardi Gras treat waiting for them. Everyone is wearing their beads today. That's one of the things I miss about not living in Louisiana, the mardi gras parades...also the mudbug festival in May. I'm in the mood for red beans and rice for some reason.
